### 1. Delivery Area  

We deliver within Germany and selected EU countries.

### 2. Shipping Costs  

Shipping costs are not included in the product prices and will be displayed separately during the checkout process.

### 3. Delivery Time  

Delivery times depend on product availability and order volume.  

Standard delivery time within Germany is approximately 2–5 business days after receipt of payment.

Delivery is made only after full payment has been received in advance.

### 5. Shipping Method  

Shipping is carried out via selected logistics partners or freight forwarding companies depending on the size and weight of the order.

### 6. Transfer of Risk  

For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery of the goods.  

For business customers, the risk passes upon handover to the transport company.

### 7. Partial Deliveries  

We reserve the right to make partial deliveries, provided this is reasonable for the customer.

### 8. Delays  

If delivery delays occur due to circumstances beyond our control, we will inform the customer immediately.

Pickup at our location is possible by prior arrangement.
