### Right of Withdrawal  

Consumers within the meaning of §13 BGB have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.  

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you takes possession of the goods.  

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

### Consequences of Withdrawal  

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).  

We will carry out the reimbursement without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.  

We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.  

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods.

### Return of Goods  

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal.  

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

### Condition of Goods  

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

### Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal  

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:  

- sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if they were unsealed after delivery  
- perishable goods (e.g. coffee beans and other food products)  
- custom-made or personalized products
