Product Description
BONELIA Dual Boiler is engineered with dual boiler technology that independently manages espresso extraction and steam production. This system maintains thermal stability even under intensive use, ensuring uninterrupted and consistent performance.
Equipped with a volumetric pump and the ability to connect directly to the main water line, the machine is suitable for professional environments.
Dual Boiler Technology
The machine features two separate AISI 316 stainless steel boilers:
• Steam/Water Boiler – Pressure-controlled and can be deactivated for energy saving.
• Coffee Boiler – Managed by a PID thermostat with adjustable temperature between 80°C – 100°C.
This configuration enables precise optimization of extraction for different coffee beans and roast profiles.
Brewing & Control System
• E61 group head with thermosiphon circulation
• ERGO-LIFT ergonomic brew lever
• CHRONO function for monitoring extraction time
• Electronic water level control system for automatic boiler management
• Dual pressure gauges for monitoring boiler and pump pressure

PID-Controlled Temperature Management
The integrated PID thermostat allows brewing temperature adjustment between 80°C – 100°C.
This ensures precise extraction optimization for various coffee beans and roast profiles while maintaining temperature stability.
